The overall objective and purpose of the program:
     A 5-panel discussion with representatives from the District Attorney’s Office, Office of Parental Representation, Office of Child Representation, and Court Appointed Family Advocates, moderated by Associate Judge Aurora Martinez Jones, will consist of reviewing best practices on New CPS Cases, Requests for Contested 262 Hearing, Setting a Contested 262 Hearing, and other important considerations. 
This presentation will be held in the 126th District Court, located on the 4th floor (room 436) of the Heman Marion Sweatt Travis County Courthouse at 1000 Guadalupe St. in Austin. 
There is NO cost to attend and NO need to RSVP to attend this session. Seating is available on a first-come basis.  You do not need to be an attorney to attend.  
Attendees are always welcome to bring a sack lunch and eat in the courtroom during a presentation.
